Handmade Product Disclaimer
WreckaStowe strives to deliver quality handmade items. All of our custom items, incl. jewelry, are handmade individually, using both natural and synthetic components. Because there may be variation in the components used, items may not be exactly identical to the photo. Natural variation in components should not be misconstrued as a flaw. We believe this is what makes each piece charming and unique. By purchasing any of our products online, you acknowledge you have read this disclaimer.
Return Policy
We have a "NO RETURN" policy on items purchased, except in the case of manufacturing defect, flaw in craftsmanship, or damage during shipping as outlined below.
WreckaStowe's goal is to deliver quality handmade products and services every time, and every effort is made to create only the best. We stand by the quality of our products and services. We warranty our products for 21 days from the date of purchase against defects in the product, flaws in craftsmanship, or damage during shipment. If your item meets any one of those 3 criteria, we will gladly replace it. No refunds will be issued except in the case of the original item (or any of its components) are no longer available. Please note our warranty does not cover any misuse/abuse/negligence on your part or normal wear and tear for the item. Any alteration of the item from its original condition as sold makes the warranty null and void, even for defective items.
To return your defective item, please use the 'Contact Us' page. Be sure to give a description of what the defect is and your invoice number. We will then contact you back with return instructions. WreckaStowe does not reimburse for the cost to mail returns. Once the defective item is received, a new one will be shipped to you at no extra cost. Considering many items are handmade and some may take more time than others to produce, please allow 1-2 weeks for replacement delivery.

We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers, or other information which we think you may find interesting, using the email address which you have provided. We do not send out large volumes of email or promotions so rest assured that you will not be spammed. You can choose to opt out of any promotional correspondence if you so choose. Be sure to write 'opt out' in the subject line.
We do not sell, distribute, or lease your information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law or law enforcement to do so.
We do not use cookies at this site or collect any personal information other than what you provide while ordering or submitting for ongoing projects.
Photos and other files
All electronic photo files (JPGs, GIFs, BMPs, etc.) that you supply in connection with our custom scrapbooking services are deleted after your project is shipped off to you. All hard copies of unused printed photos are shredded and discarded.
Payment information
Online payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. Both are authorized by the Financial Services Authority. All online transactions are secure as both Stripe and PayPal use the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. For more information on Stripe or PayPal and their privacy & security policies, please visit their webpages. WreckaStowe has no access to your credit card or payment information. WreckaStowe is only notified that payment has been made, the amount, who paid, and where ti ship.
Charges to your card for any orders placed here read "WreckaStowe" as the vendor on your statement.
